How It Works:

  1. Fill out your details below to complete your registration.
  2. Receive a Confirmation Email with your Client Intake Form and Coaching Agreement to get started.
  3. If we haven't done so already, I’ll personally reach out to schedule your first session once I receive your completed forms.

Coaching Standards & Policies:

📌 Cancellation Policy:

  • Please provide a 48-hour notice for cancellations.
  • Missed sessions will be charged in full, except in cases of family emergencies or illness.

📌 Late Arrival Policy:

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
  • After 10 minutes, your session will be deducted accordingly and the full session fee will apply.

Please note the following Coaching Container Standards:

  • Coaching Session Cancellation Policy: Please allow a 48-hour cancellation notice for your coaching appointments. A full coaching session will be applied for missed appointments (exceptions made for family emergencies and sickness)
  • A 10-minute "late" grace period applies: Any late minutes will be deducted from the 60 minute session. After 10 minutes, it is required to reschedule and a full coaching session charge will be applied.
