  2. Check your email to complete the required Coaching Agreement Form + Client Intake Form + Health & Wellness Intake Form*(optional) 

  3. Once your forms are submitted, I’ll personally reach out to schedule your first session, if we haven't done so already.

📌 Coaching Standards & Policies

Cancellation Policy:
Please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed sessions will be charged in full (exceptions made for illness or emergencies).

Late Arrival Policy:
A 10-minute grace period is offered. After that, session time will be reduced accordingly, and the full session fee will apply.

Please note the following Coaching Container Standards:

  • You agree to complete all payments for the duration of your 6-month coaching container.
  • Cancellation Policy: Please allow a 48-hour cancellation notice for your coaching appointments. A full coaching session will be applied for missed appointments (exceptions made for family emergencies and sickness)
  • A 10-minute "late" grace period applies: Any late minutes will be deducted from the 60 minute session. After 10 minutes, it is required to reschedule and a full coaching session charge will be applied.
  • For ease, we "SUBSCRIBED YOU TO OUR EMAIL LIST" to ensure you receive emails from this system.
