Please note the following Coaching Container Standards:

  • Cancellation Policy: Please allow a 48-hour cancellation notice for your coaching appointments. A full coaching session will be applied for missed appointments (exceptions made for family emergencies and sickness)
  • A 10-minute "late" grace period applies: Any late minutes will be deducted from the 60 minute session. After 10 minutes, you will need to reschedule and a full coaching session charge will be applied.
